Lotus Mother is a community of passionate postnatal doulas as well as Mandarin or Cantonese speaking baby- and childcare providers. Our mission is to nurture our community by providing a wide range of training opportunities.
Lotus Mother is the first and only Doula UK accredited training hub of postnatal confinement doula courses. The courses provide a deep dive into all aspects of the postnatal care based on the principles of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.

What do we require from our postnatal confinement doulas?
We need you to have a passion for postnatal care, both for the mother as well as for the baby. Requirements for working as a postnatal confinement doula:
Postnatal confinement qualification and experience in working as a postnatal doula
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS check
Paediatric First Aid Course

What do we require from our nannies?
We need you to have a true commitment to working with children. Requirements you should have for working as a nanny:
Childcare related education or experience in childcare
