WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

PERSONAL DATA

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

All the information collected through the Parents Registration Form is used solely for carrying out a search of prospective candidates for the requested position.

We collect the following information

  • Parents’ contact details including full name, address, telephone numbers, email address;

This information is used for communication with parents during the search in order to find out the requirements for the position, send and discuss CVs of prospective candidates, arrange interviews and receive feedback on the interviewed candidates, send the invoices for the provided services and other communications during the search.

We keep the invoices for our records as well as to comply with any record or audit requests from HMRC and other regulatory bodies.

  • Information about your children (number of children and their age and some additional information if required)

This information is collected in order to shortlist the best candidates for the family. Some of the information about the children and the family could be shared with prospective candidates in order to make sure that the candidates match the requirements of the prospective position and the family and the conditions of the employment are suitable for candidates.

We do not use your personal information for any marketing purposes. 

CANDIDATES

We collect CVs with personal information of candidates and share them with our customers in order to match candidates’ profiles with available vacancies.

We collect information about nationality and immigration status and information from related documents, such as passports or other identification and immigration information. This information is collected in order to conduct right to work checks and comply with any legal obligations. We could share this information with Home Office upon their request.

We also collect personal information in cases when we need to apply for DBS on behalf of the candidate.

We do not use candidates’ personal information for any marketing purposes. 

HOW LONG THE INFORMATION IS KEPT

We have to keep records of our clients for the purpose of carrying out the search of the candidates and also to be able to assist the client with any further recruitment needs. We also must keep the invoices, which contain clients’ personal information for at least 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to. Therefore, it is reasonable to keep clients record for at least 7 years from the closing of the position. 

We keep the records of candidates in order to assist them in their employment search. However, we generally do not keep a database of candidates who applied for any of the advertised vacancies and has not been selected. We can keep the records of candidates we successfully introduced to the clients for the period of their employment and after the employment in case of their consent.
